Refunds and Exchanges
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Sockos. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product. You are also entitled to have the item repaired or replaced if the item fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All claims for refund or exchange must be made within 14 days of the receipt of the item. If you change your mind, then provided the packaging is intact, the socks can be shipped back to Sockos at the customer's expense for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be made using your original payment method. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs (not exceeding the original cost of postage by Sockos to you). Items purchased online must be posted to Sockos.
Please retain proof of purchase and provide a copy with any returned item. Sockos will not normally offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind.
